Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Last year CVS gave WARN notices right around this time

Someone mentioned earlier about WARN notices so I looked it up and I see it's state specific on the requirements for reporting as best I can tell minimum requirements need to be met for it to show up for a given state. I also looked back last year and the year before and the WARN notices for CVS for some states literally went out right about this time (within a matter of days). I think this is a healthy discussion and not necessarily paranoia because if many people 'see' or feel the same thing then at worst it's some fear to worry about and better case is that we can prepare for other options as I suppose that's the purpose of WARN notices, to give time to digest and react.

Good post OP( @VLJh519-2ggm ). This was some info that could be useful.

AP will learn their fate the second week of Dec! Rumor is they will be allowed to apply for smit positions if their region has more than 1 agent. What goes around comes around.

AP is not gone in Jan. DAPL role will be eliminated. RAPM role will be expanded to audit and cases to support District Leaders. Some Dapl will be promoted to RAPM but one per Region will be the result. Why in the world do you think the District Leaders are doing AP Auditing?
