As the TR company officials stated the two companies have come to an agreement and this acquisition will take place as soon as the regulatory approvals are done. The terms of the purchase have not yet been disclosed.
Although it is yet to be seen what position will the purchased company have under the TR umbrella, and how will it integrate into TR, this looks to me like a precondition for some more shifts and reorgs.
