There is no managerial incentive to have your employees complete the survey. There is a mandate that you ask your employees to take it.
Employee Engagement, what a joke. Why would WS engage employees they don’t care about?
Why hard workers who are great at what they go continuously get bypassed for promotional opportunities, and the same people get promoted who clearly don’t deserve it. I know it is like that everywhere, but from the friends and family members I have spoken to this place is the worst for doing that.
The push to get rid of older experienced employees continues. This place just hired a pile of millennial aged technicians. They will always take surveys thinking a participation trophy will be handed to them at completion. Bonus for the company is that this age group only keeps their jobs maybe 5 years before moving out for other opportunity. Keeping the wage scale down.
Stock price and management looking equally appealing. Both look like a warm pile.........

Dont forget that mgmnt gets a bonus with 100% participation. That right there makes me not take it. In our meeting all our boss could do was gush about how great the numbers are. Dipshit , the kool aid drinkers were filling out their survey so it would look good for u. You cant be real honest because when they figure out who you are you will be retaliated against and dont tell me that it doesnt happen because it does.
I didn't this year. I was brutally hoping to honest the last few years and what did it matter? I'll never fill out another one.
