The outsourcing company Is now outsourcing its employees so there are more WFR’s than meets the eye.
Talk to people you work with daily and ask if they are still with DXC. Look for them on Workday and see if they still have any employees number ?
The employees count is going down on the DXC company site and by a lot.
Infrastructure , outsourcing, platform support is all going by the wayside. DXC is only pushing to consult on Amazon, Microsoft and other big boys. Because they didn’t have a vision to come up with a customer service facing cloud design. They can’t compete with the big boys so instead of coming up with a bigger better design they are trying to become the leading consulting company. Too little too late sorry Mikey
I agree with the original poster, @VIJuEGv-3qlg . Outsourcing has proven to be a handy way for them to reduce the headcount, without causing that much fear and panic, and I think they will continue using it to the full extent.
