It seems to be the new trend among ‘high-pots’ who I know for a fact have no freaking clue what they are doing or talking about.
For the night is dark and full of terrors

Amazing - the original poster replied to himself 8 times. You can't make this sh--e up.
Make no mistake about it, this is a huge fu**ing problem! It’s sad isn’t it???? We all need to unite in order to MCGA...Make ConocoPhillips Great Again. Unfortunately that ship has sailed, COP was really never great to begin with. The current culture is toxic and I am making an open plea to the ELT to please do something about it. PLEASE!!!!
OH. MY. THIS is exactly what is wrong with the company, and now we’re not even trying to pretend it isn’t a problem. Instead, we’re encouraging everyone to play the game. The message: You can’t beat them, so join them in the games, and someday you too might be able to manage your own little empire.
This topic is concerning and highlights what’s wrong within our company. You can’t really blame the high pots though, they probably are just trying to emulate their local management.
Yeah the whole fake image thing is prett bad, the one I saw was about like management for dummies. Kind of embarrassing for COP to have its employees posting this nonsense.
My first post: how I taught myself (no credit to anyone else) how to leap over buildings in a single bound and to walk on water. No, I can’t share my knowledge or it will reduce my advantage. I’ll make this claim in a convincing manner, and I’ll stay on the hi-pot list forever. Mwahaha.
You’re now actively encouraged to try to fake knowing more than you do. The millennial culture is taking over. It’s all about making an impression, not creating value. What will they come up with next.
What’s it titled?
