I just received a job offer to join T-mobile in the Frisco office.
Is the company stable now? Customer base is growing and network quality is pretty close to verizon and at&t.
Does anyone have any feedback or advice?

No where near the same coverage as Verizon's network and reliability. Too many roaming agreements that dont work worth a c-ap. Major cities are fine but get outside of the city and your back to 1x or 3g and not keeping a phone call.
what are they telling you in terms of the merger? you know sprint has a bigger business footprint than Tmobile. In fact I think they even have a big office in DFW
The network quality is same as verizon/att because, T-mobile/Sprint/Vz/ATT have majority of the same equipment from two telecom network vendors - Nokia and Ericsson. The major difference is only how much you are willing to pay out of your pocket.
