Resellers cost of sales far exceeds the pennies Avaya pays in sales commissions.
The wheel of fortune is spinning as fast as it can but alas! it can't compete in the market full of much better products.
No marketing and the product manager of IPO didn't want any revenue to slip into other products so he shut that b--ch down.
