very telling that the 3 stooges decided not to hold this annual mtg this year...It must be exhausting trying to keep up the charade. I am sure the analysts are relieved not to have to come to OOW and waste their time.

Flashmob analyst meeting.
well Oracle decided at the last minute to hold this meeting. I am sure this announcement, earlier today, was planned so the analysts would have little time to make arrangements. They might as well hold this meeting in a telephone booth.
The analysts know the oracle story - the same as the IBM story: hype and disappointing results plus layoffs. Thus, no need for meetings and going places.
In the glory ORCL days, the analysts from Wall Street would welcome a trip to the west coast to be wined and dined during this event. Times have definitely changed.
