If you try to copy stuff from your PC at work to a usb drive...Refinitiv blocked it...you can’t.
They also killed your inet access. So you can’t upload it too.

I wonder how you dont think thats totally illegal...
You can not only put your files on USB drives or in the cloud (OneDrive, Google, etc) - I had also downloaded all my sent and received emails (exporting them them pst files that can then be referenced in your Outlook application at home). I have every file and email (sent and received and including all attachments) from 10 years at TR. :)
After the hard disk failed in 3 colleges laptops within 6 months I started to backup my laptop to a portable hard drive (including drag and drop by myself).
Yes my hard drive failed also and I could restore laptop and I still have portable hard drive post leaving TR.
It makes sense to do the same if your still with Rifinitiv or TR.
The true moral is, don't EVER keep your data on corporate pc.
The moral of the story is, if you haven't been laid off, start copying over your personal stuff before you get locked out.
