Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Investigate the higher ups

If the press were truly wanting a story then they would be investigating the home services manager John, his wife (former Sears Holdings Accountant), and everyone from there up. Get ahold of John’s expense account receipts and you would have a book to write about him. Him and his wife failed to inform corporate of their relationship that was against policy and she was terminated after it was discovered that she was married to him. Everyone from John up are dirty and nobody has looked into each person individually from Division Managers up. Doesn’t take a genius to see that there has been mismanagement of resources and money from them that affect the bottom line and Eddie allowed it.

My biggest issue now is Eddie left as CEO so he’s able to place bids on divisions that are put up for sale but it won’t be a fair sale since his lackey is sitting in the CEO office with 2 other people. They will be telling him everyone bidding and how much do he’s the top bidder. The judge should be the only person able to see the bids and announce the new owner of a division through a statement. Eddie has already said he wants the top profitable 400 stores (their also a part of his property he owns and leases to sears holdings), Kenmore brand, and home services. He will walk away with all this unless someone like JB with Amazon steps into the game, then Eddie will run as he can’t compete with JB.

I lost count of the execs that would manipulate the system to benefit themselves for hundreds of thousands while vilifying some shlub.who popped the cash drawer for an extra 10.

The criminal at the top, Eddie (((Lampert))) orchestrated this whole theft along with his Wall St (((buddies))), and you think people below him will be investigated? lol.

Lower down too. Time theft by the Leads in my store was unbelievable. No work and lots of hourly pay. Operations manager would sign off on the punch correction sheet if the Leads didn't forge his signature first. SGM was supportive or didn't care. Sounds small but it adds up over the years that I witnessed it and it was terrible for store morale.

Those who reported it to the ethics line were retaliated against. Karma will be these people having to actually work at their next job. Let's see how that goes.
