Does anyone have any information on when they are going to announce the new organizational structure. Having only 6 levels will really change things from the way they are now!
My reading of the all-hands was 6 steps between CEO and desk jockey. Not an ideal number for a 20,900 person company, as it would apparently mean some people having too many underneath and some people with wrong people underneath.
But the CEO has stated the direction, so that's the one the company must now take.
Overall - very unimpressed with the managment of the layoffs and the methodology given. Seems quite a lot of people are being told that they have a 45 day consultation, then either immediate PILON or a few months of "normal" work then PILON.
