Most B/N stores nowadays are depressing. Everyone just going through the motions. No point in making an extra effort because you're gonna get laid off with no severance eventually.
Our store is so depressing, I can't wait until the company goes under so I can collect.
Will those ding bats at the corporate office ever learn anything. Another waste of money for something that is not attainable with the current staffing that the stores have and another reason to create discord between district managers and store managers that in turn trickle down to the almost non existing staff which are expected to do everything else. What a bunch of fools. There's a cost that can be cut. STILL an angry laid off ex employee !
