With fewer and fewer stores why are DMs even needed... let the Regionals pull their weight and make the drive some sales and get the customers back in the stores!!
It’s just business as Usual so it’s going to be ANOTHER failed Christmas season plus there’s nothing in the stores that customers want ... same old dull stuff
Shakespeare should have been gone long ago, he allowed his stores to do what ever they wanted , and then balled them out when they had 50 pallets at a minimum sitting in the back room. Talk about loss of sales just look at how that unethical man ran his area!

There is no way they are getting rid of the DM's. They may get rid of a few but not all.
He used to come into our store and try to embarrass our store manager and he's absolutely clueless. To me he is nothing more than a glorified yes man
Lmaoooo.. I see someone is from my district in here.. I would have to totally agree about DS.. he came into our store ( it’s closing) and pretty much told us all goodbye and good riddance.
