Nah - that's why we spend a ton of money with McKinsey. They're the ones who help us downsize
A case of the business not really sure which direction they want to go in. I seem to remember that not so long ago they wanted to jump over the cloud competition and take the lead. Yes, we all laughed and yes we were right: they lacked skills, business acumen, key referenceabke clients, innovation; lack of integration and consistency of delivery. So now dxc is going into consultancy? As what? DownsiIng gurus? How to reduce your staff whilst being unable to grow a business. Come on mike sell it on to a private equity.
DXC is out of the private or public cloud space , we are out of the outsourcing business too.
If you listen to Mike Lawrie our a-- hat CEO it’s all consulting for our old Competition Amazon and Microsoft.
We can’t compete with them we’re not even in the same ballpark so turning to consulting. But who in their right mind would come to DXC we can go directly to the source.
Here we thought that Deutsche staff were safe from ML's upheaval - how wrong that is. I am so glad not to have jumped ship to that account in APAC as it is a clusterfook.
Seems new WFR will start very soon in France. The last ones (into legacy CSC and HPE companies) are still not fully completed ......
Many of the Deutsche staff have now gone in WFR. I expect that they will all be gone soon and then Deutsche will really have something to b--ch about - serves them right for selling us all down the river in the first place
Apparently there are some contract issues coming up and the hpe / DXC private cloud built for the account has been utilized only minimally.
There are widespread staff cuts underway in Europe at the moment. Deliver in the UK is also in the process of another WFR programme.
What are you talking about? We can't read your mind.
