Bankruptcy declared during my severance. Medical coverage options?

When Sears declared bankruptcy, I was getting paid severance. I was paid on 10/15. I’m assuming that the 10/15 deposit was my last check from Sears. I don’t want to risk being without medical coverage.

I would appreciate answers to the questions below or information on where I can the answers.

Questions:

When will my Sears medical benefits end?
Will I be able to continue coverage through Cobra?
To get coverage through the ACA (Obamacare), I have to provide a document under a Sears-letterhead that states that my Sears medical coverage is being terminated. Whom would I contact to get that document?

I got my last tpp or severance. ..a few days later a cobra notice came...single for me was 400+ . In some places if your income is low on your unemployment income you should also look at medicaid or other options. ..

Sears benefits are currently safe and cobra is an option if you can afford it. You should be getting a letter from HR no matter what saying what date your medical ends and you either need to enroll in cobra or they are not offering cobra.
