Say NO, to applying for a job here unless you enjoy the constant churn of RIFs, reorganizations, cutting benefits and outsourcing to Anthem owned company in India setup just to replace all Associates and Contractors with Legato employees. They are paid less benefits and salaries so if have to hire even 3 times as many still cost savings to the company maybe they are such a low cost.
This seems to be the norm now and in the future, so unless you enjoy this RUN and do not look back.
