When you see the nonsense comments, one can always look at what they're trying to bury. This is it.
This. This right here is what Eddie fears the most. Being found guilty of putting his own personal interests over Sears' as CEO. That's illegal, and what gets you in jail. That's why he can't let his let his conspirators go, and why his conspirators keep quiet. They can hang together or hang separately.

They probably have compromising pictures or insider information of the crimes that Eddie and the board have committed, so they keep their jobs to maintain their silence.
Eddie is not a stupid man he is a capitalist. All he knows is he wants is money. He would sell his mamas kitty if he could make a buck.
2 members of the board are also a part of Eddie’s Hedgefund, 1 of those 2 are now a part of the 3 running the CEO office. Eddie has set himself up to be able to be the highest bidder on every department, division, and property Sears sells off per approval of the judge. There will be no closed offers as his person will be giving him the numbers and he will make his offer at the last minute that beats all the others so the judge has to approve the purchase. Eddie has had a plan from day 1 and he’s been making it happen while everyone else was his puppet.
I bet the people in Hoffman would appreciate a taser to use on the store associates as well...

Every employee at SHC making under $40,000 should be issued a taser and free reign to use as needed. Imagine the sounds of tasers echoing down the halls at Hoffman.
