Where is Nokia with the $1.4 Billion in cost savings by end of 2018? How many more people cuts for the remaining of the year?

There is typically 1 slide in the quarterly earnings that is unaudited and discusses the progress. It doesnt break down by area of savings, just lump sums +/-$50M.
Would this be shown in there end of year financial reporting and where the savings/cost cutting came from?
