Geneva: whole Customer Support and Customer Admin will have to go. Total of 108 jobs that will be moved to lower cost locations. I have impression that all of the 2019 Geneva layoffs are done now. Half of the group, 54 collegues, will get an exit date between end of January and June. The 2nd half exit between july and december

Zurich office maximum of 15 out of 49 impacted.
Seems like the new corporate organization foresee the move of support functions (help desk and customer admin) to “cheaper” locations. So not only FTE but also contractors working in those depts - 30% in CustAdmin - will be affected. We will know more when the plan will be laid out on Nov 6th. Between Nov 12th and 16th our colleagues will be called to 121 meetings when their fate will be announced. It seems that some of us will be needed for a longer period to ensure a smooth transition to our colleagues who will take over our accounts.
This is obviously 120 fixed term employees out of 178 Refinitiv. Contractors are excluded from these nrs for the moment so we can almost speak about a site closure when the nr of contractors will be announced ... They said mainly Customer Admin and Customer Support will be impacted, the 2 major departments in Geneva.
Not entirely correct 120 out of 178 announced. Nothing with certainty until 5 November.
