the erstwhile F&R Mumbai sales office had it's share of bad news, with ~10 mid-senior tenured people in the redundancy list. Thankfully, the severance is gracious. There's expected to be another round in Q1 post appraisal, where the severance won't apply if people go after being put on PIP

How come no me from non performing teams like Risk & Buy Side ?
Operations like the It Level 2 teams?
There are still many fat cats- Sales ,Operation ,PR & MDL's who have survived the first wave !!!
