Pledge was a mockery; an insult to everyone. Is this Kindergarten? ELT just stands there, bobbing their heads, chanting in unison, "I'm so EXCITED, and I just can't hide it!". Bottom line is they are just caretakers until assets are sold off.

Getting people to make a pledge then telling them 5% of the work force is at risk, it'd be laughable if it wasn't so thoughtless and crass.
