Several in NC. More contractors than company men in my county.
Network contractor are all over, Lots of them, I see them very early picking up supplies before everyone gets here, it is amazing how this company does things.

Yes. Some outfit called ACT doing CST work in PA. CST group still working Saturdays and Sundays and non scheduled days.
