But the WFR letters are given to resigned employees who already have an offer. There is no real wfrs. I got out with a package too and a brand new job. DxC HR in India lacks basic intelligence to spot this.. go find a job, take the package and get out. Every other place is better than DXC.

A retention bonus was rolled out ranging amounts equivalent to 15 days pay to. 2 months pay.
This gives a false assurance of safety to clueless employees..

In India, there have been recent hirings of approximately 2000 persons, mostly fresh college students.

Since DXC is firing (it's not a layoff because we won't be hired back) hundreds of thousands around the world, then India people should be also.
We should right source Mike Lawrie to a lower cost country as well, he doesn't deserve millions in stock options , bonus and merit raises, since by his own words he doesn't believe in them.
