Our temps make $7.25, state minimum. No one wants to work for that! Hard to hire , hard to retain work force at laughable wages. Everywhere else pays better.
This is a joke, after spending time jumping through hr hiring process hoops to hire temps for rush, now if we want to keep the good ones, we & they have to jump through more bs hoops? For 8.25/hr?
