@vos You do realize that we were able to stay in business longer by opening up SHI, right? Would have been closed in 2013 if we hadn’t opened up there and were able to pay significantly less for the same quality (although sketchy at times) of work.

Unless someone buys the captive. But there is no motivation for anyone to buy SHI.

Services organisations buy centres like SHI in hope of sustained revenue projections and SMEs.

Which is not the case here.

However, I do hope that some help is provided for outplacement. There are jobs out there in Pune and Bangalore for good technical folks.

Lights off, my friend. The money for SHI is paid for by SHC via a bunch of hoops in Singapore and Mauritius.
