Don't forget to leave reviews for Change on Glassdoor

Management actually cares about their Glassdoor rating because they keep having HR put in obviously fake reviews.

Make sure to leave truthful reviews of your own. Let management know how you feel, and let the public and potential future employees know the state of things at this company.

I saw the recent reviews and had to chuckle. CHC's overpaid PR had such an impossible time making up glowing reviews that they cribbed them word for word from the propaganda they forced you to write for those stupid MANDATORY iLEAD classes. AND those cowards only responded to the positive reviews PR salted Glassdoor with to try to bump them to the top.

Lmao not long after this was posted the company went on the website and responded to a bunch of reviews with their typical cookie cutter responses. Working hard to keep those 2.9 stars lol

I agree. They have shown their disdain for their employees. The job market is good so now is the time to get out. I think when people leave the effect will be exponential. When one person leaves for something better, others will realize it is possible. In the meantime, keep doing a good job until you leave the company. Otherwise they will be happy to be rid of a resentful employee. Make them regret that you left.

I am thankful I don't work for CHC anymore. For those that have stayed, CHC counts on people staying no matter what because they think employees don't like change. How surprised CHC would be if masses of critically placed people (you know who you are) moved to better companies asap while you are still employed. You have far superior bidding value if you seek a new position while still employed. And always ask for more $$ (at least 10%). There are some managers who will not even consider a candidate that is unemployed when applying for a position so keep that in mind if you are waiting to be RIF'd. It is a dream of mine to see people rush out the door so CHC gets a taste of its own medicine and learn why they shouldn't treat valuable employees with such callousness. Some skills can't be outsourced to India without customer's screaming for a variety of reasons. So this would cause CHC to feel the hurt because they don't want any negative publicity before the IPO. And don't think your manager has your best interests in mind when they placate you with empty promises. Mgmt doesn't care what happens as long as they get paid their checks, MIPs, and IPO stock options.

Agreed, I have seen the treacle drenched reviews that are obviously posted by Management and cronies. We who know the truth about the treacherous, toxicity of the place need to make sure that is properly represented in the reviews and ratings.
