What happens to Innovel Solutions if chapter 7 BK is filed ?

It's not a separate entity legally, it is fully owned by Sears. Yes it could be sold, but also a good chance it will just disappear in the chaos that's about to happen.
Innovel is already a seperate entity. They warehouse and deliver goods to more than just Sears and Kmart.
Bestbuy is looking for inventory space.
And whatever money is left will get paid to the bondholders.
It gets sold off to the highest bidder....
