Steady on @VAPbTXy-rwo: I am a proud ex EDS / HP / HPE / DXC employee for 20+ years and last year I was WFR'd in Australia for being a competent high performer. I received my payout, Mikey received his bonus for giving me the flick and I gained a 40% pay rise with a direct competitor.
All that unlimited sick leave came to good use when I was off work after an operation (no it was not brain surgery or a lobotomy). I am proud to have been WFR'd and to leave the sinking ship run by Capitan ML.
Who in the H3LL would hire DXC to tell them how to "Digitally Transform", when DXC has not even been successful in transforming itself? Loved the Q&A that was mentioned in the invite.

USA is being dinged...big time... only USA is lagging behind...spelling out every other region is doing better...

What's needed is new leadership, with a vision, in the C-suite, period. That how a company ideally "sees past the WFRs." The WFRs reflect leadership failure. We need leadership success both in terms of revenues and in terms of the company being a human community of people proud to be part of the organization and motivated to help make success.
@VAPbTXy-gtu - LOL. You know that's not happening, but I can confirm what the OP said.
It's also funny that our head of HR specifically mentioned the US News and World Report article that ranked us the 12th worst company to work for in the US!
Bull sh-- If Americas is loosing clients and we need to be WFR's to save costs, then ML needs to take a HUGE pay cut because he's in America as well!
