Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Guess who just joined from Toys R Us as head of retail for Sears and Kmart to drive in the final nail.

Cannot believe Eddie can be so funny as well as a sadistic at the same time.

ToysRUs had terrible looking stores in my region. Grim & grey with surly unhelpful employees and high prices. Much worse than Sears & KMart.

Might as well order the plywood for the entrances and Windows now while prices are cheaper.

@V7To33m-tri If you are serious on what you say the first thing he will do is fire Jesse the Gonzales, Martha No Chance, Tracy the dumb 8itch Simas

V7To33m-tri: If you mean "execute" in the sense of capital punishment, then sure he's the man for the job. But if you're expecting anything meaningful to survive the process, then perhaps not so much.

He is there to help the store teams execute. While store employees sit on this site and complain about when their store will close rather than working hard to ensure it won’t we need leadership to hold them accountable for strong execution in stores. All things aside for ToysRus and BabiesRus they had good looking execution standards. This could be a great thing for the look and feel of the remaining stores.

Read down a few threads, already being talked about. He’s there to guide SHLD through bankruptcy, just like he did Toys R Us.
