I see 'herd mentality' around Avaya. Nowadays all the fuss at Avaya is about Devops, Agile and Cloud and that's because industry is moving towards it. The one who follows the crowd will usually get no further than the crowd. And Avaya will surely fail because even with the task of following the industry trend Avaya is far behind within the herd itself. At Avaya no leader talks about being unique and building a technology that would disrupt the market and give something new and better to the industry. God bless Avaya.

Avaya is no longer a major telecommunications company but is a shrinking dying company. There is no turn around possible.
