Walmart is low down. I put 18 years into that company, but I knew something was up so I luckily found another job with stability and I don’t have to worry anymore. I read these post and hope Walmart becomes the next Kmart, greedy a-- !!!

Not all systems will be in place until Spring 2019. Planning on holding out until then. Just hoping severance policy doesn't get worse.
If true yes they are preparing you to train mngt and 3rd party to take over. Hard pill to swallow when task and procedures are slowly eliminated they are preparing for transition. Wish it wasn't true but yes there will be no more offices. Pc/Tc will be the last office to be eliminated.
We can't edit schedules so get your facts right. Cos were scheduled to go to academy too and look what happened

If true why are we now rec. the metrics and are told we need to place input to know when and why ASM need to hire. If true why do we have to attend the salary meetings? If true then why for Heaven's sake are we sch. to go to the Academy for scheduling. Yes, we are on Sch. Right. So before you post state facts.
Personnel associates were not built into the Workday ap. Plan is to eliminate the position, timeline is unknown.

There was a 90 minute conference call this afternoon for management, but never learned the outcome or if it had anything to do with this. All I know is we'll be shooting ourselves in the foot if we do! And not just because this is prime hiring month
