Didn't take a rocket scientist to realize that it was a hair-brained idea. $26 for short ribs at B&N? You gotta be kidding me.
Ribs in a bookstore? Nope, nothing wrong there....
We’re having a hard enough time getting book selling right..
Why can’t we focus on doing one thing well, like providing vast literary content instead of being mediocre at best in multiple avenues? On an unrelated note, how is everyone’s makeup vanity merchandise moving? Because I know the first thing I look for in a bookstore is bath bombs and makeup brushes. (Insert sarcasm here_____)
Not trying to be snarky but when position are eliminated and 1800+ people are laid off, I wonder if they’re really in a position to be so adventurous. Maybe I’m just too cynical. 😕
No surprise.
