It is sad that Dell is so busy firing people when the useless directors and global teams continues to terrorize even the new employees. If you love them so much, move them to a department called Dell's Favourite Things and keep paying them while they charm you. Everyone wins.

If Dell only knew that these unethical and incompetent mid-level managers, who are rusted into their positions, are the reason they are struggling. The cloud is taking over, companies no longer need their on-premise data centers when there are services like AWS and Azure. Wake up Dell, this is not the 90s anymore. The times are changing, maybe you should hiring leadership that understands this fact.

when thugs are in a room you cant expect a preacher there, Dell as a company runs on la mafia, It is useless to fix a broken ship which is sinking in to mariana trench. So get out early, leave the past and move on.
