Any other reps get a letter regarding a possible class action lawsuit for unpaid wages? I’m gone now but got a letter a couple of weeks ago. Hoping reps will speak up.

The letter I got in August had just begun to reach out to current and former employees.
I heard this class action has already been settled. Anyone else hear that?
If I get a letter or if someone posts the firm dealing with this, I'm in.
Same VP of Sales used to go thru employee emails on the regular apparently. Pathetic.
That same VP of sales would regularly send out passive aggressive emails praising reps for doing training sessions on Satrudays. Such garbage. At least he was fired and not apart of the "layoffs".
I got scolded by my RM for not replying to an e-mail after only 6 hours on a Sunday. She is still there making people miserable, I'm not (thank God!).
What law firm sent out the letter? I would like to get one!
I was reprimanded for not answering emails on Sunday. Also was told I couldn’t take vacation from August-May.
I remember the former VP of Sales openly encouraging working on weekends in a sales meeting.
Absolutely. Are they trying to not pay you? Commissions are treated differently than bonuses and legally they have to pay you commissions since it’s for past work.
I also think of all the times they couldn’t track sales properly. The times that I was told I had To work during my vacation, drs appts, late at night and on weekends.
I have not received one, but when I do, I am on board. My last day was July 5th, so by last year's comp plan (because there is no comp plan this year), I am owed sales commission for May, June, and July, and so are all the other sales people. No debate, just a simple fact.
I didn't get a letter, but I would love to. I know where EVERY body is buried at this train wreck of a company.
