A VP was asked recently: 'Are directors and above are getting bonuses and pay increases in 2018? if so how can they justify such compensation gains considering most employees have not see wage adjustments that simply keep up with inflation for several years?'
He responded by saying it was above his pay grade to answer this question!

Many problems near term for Windstream let alone long term. CEO can’t talk away!
1) Trial outcome w/ Aurelius and potential
appeal create uncertainty, ask Argentina.
2) High Debt, 6.5 Billion and no way to repay
3) Low low free cash flow
4) High churn and sales cannibalization
I smell Bankruptcy in the air and so do intelligent investors. Sorry for the employees, financial engineering has met the end of road. Good luck all!!
