A warning from recent history

There was no mission to deliver, no drive for excellence, no pride in service. Workers were disposable notations on spreadsheets."

Sound familiar?

Written not so long ago about the giant UK services company Carillion, which collapsed earlier this year causing chaos across the public and private sector.

The disposable subcontracting model of project delivery is the one being pursued by Mikey. Its the path to destruction whilst being his personal path to ridiculous fortune. Screw the customers, bugger the staff, fill your boots.

Its everything that is wrong in today's society.

As a large customer of DXC they are screwing themselves due to non-delivery of base services. The DXC employees try hard to please but their company policies screw them over, so who is the winner? Us customers apply huge service penalties which impact DXC's bottom line. It is a vicious circle for DXC and will they ever learn?
