How do the working conditions compare? Working Hours? Commute? workplace communication? performance reviews? co-workers? career prospects?
Verifying employment is a lot of work. Someday there will be a robot to do that. Til then verify your own employment because its confusing.
thank God we left aramco 2 yrs ago...readjustment to normal civilization was a bit taxing and a few of my buddies and I started our own business....now making more than aramco and living in the States where my wife can do as she pleases and we dont have any matawas to look over our shoulders for. everything took awhile but the family is so much happier..
Get proof you worked there and bring it home with you. As it turns out Saudi Aramco will not verify your employment.
