The company profile on Layoff.com shows IBM has over 400K employees around the world.
It was reported by a number of sources as 380K in 2015. It is closer to 360K now.

We had some mo--n come visit our delivery center recently and he had nothing positive to say.
Even the proud bluebirds are finally seeing that IBM is toast in this dumpy town.

I work in a shanty town delivery center and our numbers are about 10% of what IBM promised the city and state in order to move here on the cheap.
Supposedly their tax incentives were rescinded by the state for not keeping the numbers up and IBM ended up having to pay everything back. < I would love to see some proof of that
It will keep on coming down... I believe the target is really in the 150 to 200K range. That would evidently require to sell a few big divisions.... Bain, Bain, Bain... If you are in GBS or GTS that should make very worried.
Armonk would love to have it reduced to about 22 and everything else in Watson. LOL.
The 380 and the 360 numbers come out of the annual reports for each year respectively.
