Leadership. We need a new leader...one that is a team player. If raises are cut for employees then all leadership should also have raises cut. This jncludes their high dollar bonuses.

Leadership-we need a leader that lead by example. TT’s example is to take an expensive vacation and blog about it days after telling the rest of the company they don’t get a raise.

Leadership-Let’s just be honest here. We need every executive leader replaced and restructuring to bring us out of this hole that the current leadership is burying us in.

  1. Poor leadership & way to top heavy...bad combination.

  2. Lack of human capital, e.g. the title "engineer" is applied very loosely.

  3. Poor reputation among employees, current and former, as well as customers, current and former.

Leadership wasting time on this board instead of actually running a company - leadership lying to employees about how much they screwed up their futures and retirement - leadership using layoffs as a business strategy to falsely inflate profits to fool investors about the state of the company

The negative and selfish employees in addition to the negative outsiders pretending to be employees to work everyone up in hopes of trashing the company, which will not happen, that post to this website.

A board of directors who rehired a disappointing CEO and gave him a raise

Failure to get into a fiber optic GPON networks design in all but a few markets while CLECs killed us

Choosing to continue with acquisitions of companies whille slashing the Network techs BST and local manager ranks. We didn’t loose any state presidents now did we? PUC complaints are through the roof across the board.

This company is not going to make it. It’s just a matter of time.
