We were told in my office that digital claim file has been pushed out a year. Also, I still have tons of paper coming to my desk, along with an uptick of review image doc tasks. Wonder when we'll start getting gigged by the QA team on not marking those tasks complete fast enough!

Do the Chief Claim Officer or Field Directors conduct town hall meetings ? It would seem there should be a forum to ask this question, and get the answer, other than this board. Not a lot of detailed and verifiable information coming from here.
What is the status ? What is the timeline ? Is it ahead of or behind planned projections ? Good leaders will provide transparency and answers, and before someone makes a smart a** comment about lack of transparency, someone should ask the question.
One would believe that Digital Claim file would need to be in place for the transition for work for several offices to 3 big hubs... That was the idea of asking who has "Digital File" Not to complain about paper at our desk. The people who have been told our jobs could move to an ABO are not getting much if any info at the office level. WE hear the same thing...Oh we don't know anytthing right now. So here we are on this board comparing/inquiring/and reading this board for any information.. Sorry but when i listen to Allstate TV it's not helpful defining who, what, and where are getting ready to transition.
I thought this site was for information about lay off ‘s or potential lay off’s ( The Layoff.com) and yet this person uses it as a forum to complain that he/she has too much paper coming to their desk ?????
I don’t understand anything you said. What is “cross market” ? What is a bossed ? From what I understand, Allstate gives around 3% increases annually if you’re doing your job. I’m new to the company, so what am I missing ?
I love that with all the BS allstate acronyms "gigged" has become cross market and should be part of Single Source of Knowledge! For those unaware gig = a higher up/one of 8 bossed who to find some tiny thing in your work to justify no raise. I love Allstate inmates running the asylum.
