Take easy. In layoff culture you cannot plan your career. I planned but no use. Chill and relax. Think instead of your own career. You cannot develop career on floating and non stable platform.

Executive - update your resume so you can get a real job once they get rid of you after the bankruptcy - they will actually need people to help the company rebuild, not useless cash cows like you and your fellow executives....
And most importantly - don't waste the company's time trolling this and other sites when you and your executive team could actually be trying to save the company....deflecting the blame from the clueless leadership you are a part of is sad, but it is probably what you excel in and why they keep you around...
