For those who missed it, Sally Beauty will be closing up to 100 stores as part of its restructuring or transformation or whatever it is they are calling it these days.
Plus they mentioned things like saving costs through things like organizational efficiencies, which is just another fancy way to say layoffs.
So basically, in the following months, we are all screwed.
This Company has been getting so bad at treating there employee, nothing but take, and not give. CEO do nothing but take, if they cared they would tell the truth give their employee the truth. We all have families, need our jobs. I for one would love to get a bonus like them. I work my a-- off, and get sh-- on.
The CEO gets a 14 thousand dollar bonus while associate hours are being cut dramatically, especially around Christmas. Nice.
Sally Beauty was doing just great. Then they come up with these huge management changes. When I say management changes I mean all the way up to the CEO and VP. Things really went wack after that for a growing company at the time. Like they say. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. The only thing that brok was when all of the greedy very upper management came in. Just look at the numbers before they made those careless very upper management changes. I have never seen a company spend a lot of money to go backwards.
