Ultimately the merger will close but this is not good on top of all the negative pr lately with coupons, hormones, gender, AP suits, etc. We can fit all pieces of the puzzle together but what image will it produce in the end. If you do not think that layoffs and reorganizations are not part of the future of both CVS & AETNA, go back and study previous mergers and acquisitions. They will make the numbers work regardless of sentiments. Keep it real!

Heads will roll, but on a field level, not so much a Corporate level.
How did you decide that the merger will close? Do you have the inside scoop from the DOJ?
Imagine having to write Aetna a $2bill check if it doesn't go through. Heads could roll
