I work from home and have seen a huge shift for the worst since mr CEO really dug his hooks in. Also, our new stand in director is running our team into the ground. Workload has increased and tasks are impossible to complete in a timely manner as the work just piles up. Moral is at an all time low and the metrics have become increasingly difficult to achieve. The goal post is constantly being moved. People are failing audits all of a sudden. This to me seems like a set up. They want us to fail or feel so miserable that we just up and quit. Better for Aetna this way as they won't have to pay out severance packages to so many nurses. All they care about is money and could care less about members or employees.
Everything @UmnAssV-3pfl said is true. This is the lousy situation most people working at Aetna find ourselves in nowadays.
