The facts speak for themselves. IBM is dying and has weak executive leadership. Lack of execution but pay themselves lavishly. The GM of NA Security was replaced this past week, but he was only a small part of the problem.

Also, you need to look at the profit margin as well. Most of $100B+ revenue IBM was generating was coming from professional services, the margins are much lower here if compared to what MSFT is peddling...
