Seagate is looking for a highly experienced and talented business leader with IT / Technology Industry background to head our IT Global Development Center Operations in Pune, India.
Responsibilities
Candidate must have extensive IT industry experience with experience covering delivery management for a set of multiple accounts in a delivery organization.
Candidate will provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers/ Developers and Architects in running the delivery and operations and drive the architecture, build and testing with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs, as well as, internal needs, such as working closely with the senior leadership team and achieve operational parameters.
Candidate must have extensive experience with managed services across multiple technologies.
Candidate must be CSAT driven.
Candidate must have experience in managing multiple customers across geographies.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and both technical and non-technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Experience in defining best-in-class offshore support and development processes
Oversee Information Technology department to ensure best in industry project delivery and quality, and development of core leading technology competency.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
The position requires at least 30% travel.
