CB has been on a quest for cheap labor for decades. When he couldn't convince the US government to sponsor a vast overproduction of engineers, he started going overseas to keep the cost down. Anything to provide him with the labor he wanted short of paying market value for it.

If you knew him back on the day, you'd know what he's all about

He’s busy with his pet project Basis Schools, based on Intel-like meritocracy....take the top 5% from the wealthiest school districts, put them through a rigorous AP-everything curriculum, no football, no basketball, no baseball, then pat yourself on the back when they score highest in the state and land spots in the Ivy League...charter schools yo!!
