Replacing older workers with younger and cheaper workforce will be IBM's downfall.
Millennials might be cheaper but they have zero loyalty (and good on them for that - look how well being loyal to IBM worked out for so many of us.) Meaning that after they get some experience here and pad their resumes, they'll be gone to the next company, leaving IBM in a lurch.
The cheaper is better is a disaster waiting to happen and considering how the company has been treating me lately I plan to grab some popcorn, sit back and enjoy.
