Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Productivity??

Has anyone else had this rolled out to their teams, an efficiency tool? A tool to monitor teams which are undermanned due to the layoffs and apply more pressure on the overworked and understaffed teams?

Next Level Program - Application deployment announcement

As part of Next level program the application will be installed in the respective users system to gain visibility into the back office operations and increase the efficiency. This tool will identifies application utilization and provides data for process Analytics. This tool only captures the time spent on each application and it does not have capability to check the data what the users are working on. This tool provides data to supervisor and managers to check the team Productivity.

Ha ha ... currently using a DXC device to look at all the real news on this site unlike the fake news peddled by ML and his cronies.

This is too funny. When I worked at this sh@t hole of a company I used to come into work at 10:30, went to the gym for 2 hours at 11:30. Then had my lunch and then went home at 3:30. Now I have a real job which I actually enjoy and get the recognition I deserve and I do not feel the need to take the p@ss. I work above and beyond the hours for which I am payed because I feel it is beneficial for all parties concerned and I now have job satisfaction. That is not something which I ever had at the DXC Fankenfirm. Working at DXC is degrading. The toxic culture created by the Supreme Leader is like a sickness which drags you down and brings about an apathy that I have never witnessed on such a large scale. So, good luck to them with their Productivity Big Brother scheme.... LOL. That will surely increase the morale of the workforce. Looking forward to seeing the results. Hmmmm... I wonder what will happen to DXC!?

Yep, use the work machine for work only. Also, don’t sleep on company time and don’t crap on your own. LOL

You might want to consider using a non-company device for posts to this site or looking at p--n :)

We who came from HPE already had something similar installed years ago. Welcome to Big Brother! Yes, you must install this on your PC. Also, from what my supervisor told us, supervisors and managers (including everyone all the way up the chain) will have access to what each individual is doing or not doing on a minute-by-minute basis.

HR should profile Mikey's productivity and stick that on DXC Facebook.

Are they profiling anonymously or does the manager have the ability to drill down to the individual's productivity in which case any decision subsequently made, based on such data analysis, without the individual's consent can't be made without breaking European general data protection regulation Article 5. Ha. Like DXC care about European law.

Are they capturing time spent on DXC Facebook or attending Mikey's town hall meetings? Efficiency tool is an oxymoron.
