Morale is very high. It’s sort of like being a king or a wealthy person surrounded by starving people. We get all the perks, the raises etc that a profitable entity does, meanwhile everyone from Sears or Kmart is on edge.
It’s truly unfair in a way, but it has worked out well for me so far.

Morale is very low and people are leaving or being fired, the mass layoffs at sears cross over to us at the same time. There are a few bullies especially in marketing so best to avoid that area if looking to work here. There are a few nice people left but they are shrinking.
